Surprise seminar presenter
Judge Joyce poses with Freight ED |
That is a sampling of the positive feedback we received from the participants in our Freight ED Seminar – 101 ways to cut freight costs and reduce transit times – held September 28, 2004 at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel, Toronto North.
Here is a more complete response, sent to Michael Glionna, President – Universal Logistics, by Tracy Hochheimer of Avdel, Textron Fastening Systems:
“I just wanted to take this opportunity to praise you and your warm wonderful staff for organizing and presenting a very informative seminar. I know you must have spent months planning the event and it showed. The presenters were well prepared and the topics and facts were all relevant and well researched.”
Overall, the seminar scored 4.22 on a scale of 1 to 5, with five being the highest score possible. Individual scores ranged from 3.8 (Help my company cut costs and reduce transit times) to 4.6 (Presentation was comprehensive and entertaining). Support for a third EDucation seminar was also high – 4.27, one key reason why we are planning to present another EDucation seminar in 2005.
Suggestions on possible subjects are welcome. Just call our EDucation Coordinator, John Leis, Client Relations (905-882-4880) or complete the Contact Us form on our web site (www.universallogistics.ca).
See why our Freight ED seminar was judged a success by the participants.
