the gap… Brenda Munroe
has joined the company as an Account Representative with
primary responsibility for UK freight sales. Brenda brings
to her new position more than 20 years of industry experience
in both Canada and U.S., encompassing everything from freight
and customs brokerage to trucking and distribution.
She begins each new assignment by looking
for “gaps in the supply chain” that can save a
client time and money. “I give clients what they need
and, in the process, build a mutually beneficial relationship,”
explains Brenda.
Since joining the company in early July,
Brenda has been impressed by the support she has received
from every level of the company, including the senior executive.
“Universal Logistics is different than the other companies
I have worked with previously,” notes Brenda. “Everybody
is always willing to help you. That, in turn, means I am
in a great position to help clients.”
