| CN announces
daily storage charge increase |

(Toronto, July 31, 2003)...
Canadian National Railway (CN) has announced an
increase in the daily storage charge applicable to all
import containers.
The new rate, effective July 30,
will be $75 CAD, a $25 CAD increase. Free time at the
rail yard
remains three days from the time of grounding, with
weekends and holidays being chargeable days.
