| CN reconsiders
free time and storage fee changes |

(Toronto, November 13, 2003)… Canadian
National Railway (CN) has announced that its current storage
fee rate, three free days and $75.00 per day thereafter,
will continue at all locations except the CN Brampton Terminal,
where the storage fee will be $150 per day, effective December
1, 2003.
The announcement represents a reversal of earlier plans
to cut free time to two days and increase storage charges
to $100 per day, steps introduced to clear the backlog
of containers that has plagued CN terminals in the last
few months.
