(Toronto, July 19, 2004)… Member
Lines of several Conferences have announced the updated
Interim Fuel Participation (I.F.P.) surcharge, applicable
to Full Container Load and LCL traffic, on the Canada -
United Kingdom and the Canada - European Continent trade
lanes. Effective August 1, 2004, the following fees will
apply:
US $190.00 per 20 ft. container
US $380.00 per 40 ft. container
US $9.00 per cbm - LCL traffic
Fuel prices will continue to be monitored and the I.F.P. will be adjusted
as necessary as advised by the Conferences.
