| Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement (TACA) Fuel Surcharge Update |

(Toronto, January 6, 2006)... Please be advised the Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement (TACA), have announced an updated Interim Fuel Participation (I.F.P.) surcharge.
Effective January 16, 2006, the following surcharges will apply.
US $423.00 per 20 ft. container
US $846.00 per 40 ft. container
This rate adjustment is also applicable to all Less Than Container Load (LCL) traffic moving from the United Kingdom (Westbound) to Canada. As a result the fuel surcharge on United Kingdom LCL (Westbound) cargo will be US $25.00 w/m - per cbm or 1,000 kg, whichever is greater.
Fuel prices will continue to be monitored and the I.F.P. will be adjusted as necessary as advised by the conference.
