| United Kingdom Ocean Import – Currency Adjustment Factor |

(Toronto, January 24, 2006)... Based on the latest monitoring of currency values, Trans-Atlantic Conference carriers have announced a Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF).
This fee is applicable to all Less Than Container Load (LCL) traffic moving from the United Kingdom (Westbound) to Canada.
Effective February 1, 2006 the following surcharge will apply.
Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF): 6%.
We will continue to monitor this charge, and will adjust as necessary.
