| Holiday schedule for UK Airfreight Consolidation |

(Toronto, April 11, 2006)... On Friday, April 14, the cut off for Universal's UK Airfreight Consolidation will be moved forward one day. This means you must meet the following deadlines to board the weekend consolidation: London – by Wednesday at 12:00 pm; Manchester – by Thursday at 12:00 pm. We expect that the usual delivery schedule will be maintained.
Please ensure that your suppliers are also aware of this revised schedule. Our normal receiving schedule will resume next week.
