Container lines of the Canadian Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (CTSA), serving the trade lane from Asia to Canada, have announced the implementation of the recently scheduled 2nd stage Peak Season Surcharge (PSS). Please note this 2nd PSS will be added to
the existing June 15, 2007 PSS program.
Effective August 1, 2007, the following additions will apply:
