Based on the recent increase in the price of fuel, Air Canada Cargo will increase its existing fuel surcharge. Effective May 26, 2008, the following rates will apply:
- Canada (Domestic) $1.00 CAD / kg
- Canada (to U.S.A. & International) $1.05 CAD / kg.
- U.S.A. (to Canada & International) $1.05 USD / kg.
- Europe (Origin) €1.05 Euro / kg.
- United Kingdom & Ireland (Origin) £0.69 GBP / kg.
Other airlines are expected to post similar rates.
