| Ocean Freight from Asia to Canada – Rate Increase |

(Toronto, July 30, 2009)... Transpacific container lines in the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (CTSA) have announced the implementation of a General Rate Increase (GRI) to offset the erosion of rates in the Asia-Canada market.
Effective August 1, 2009 rates will be increased by:
US $300 per 20 FT Containers
US $400 per 40 FT Containers
US $500 per 40 FT High Cube Containers
US $505 per 45 FT Containers
The CSTA believes there is an urgent need to restore rates to compensatory levels in order to sustain basic services going forward.
