move closer to strikes |

(Toronto,
January 22, 2004)… Clients that rely on CN
rail shipments should begin planning for a potential
strike by CN unions, including the vital workers that
repair engines and cars.
While a strike date has not been set, the unions announced
today that they have rejected a last-minute settlement
offer. Updates will be issued as the situation evolves.
