| CN terminals
operating with some delays |

(Toronto,
February 27, 2004)… Despite the set up of
picket lines by striking CN workers, cargo has been flowing
– with some delays – through CN terminals since
Wednesday, February 25, 2004.
Most cartage companies are willing to cross the picket
lines, but delays will continue because management/replacement
workers, with limited operations experience, are now running
the terminals.
We will continue to monitor the situation and issue updates
as the situation evolves.
