delays at ports and CN terminals |

(Toronto,
March 4, 2004)… Delays continue at all major
ports and CN terminals as a result of the strike by Canadian
Auto Workers (CAW).
The main issue being discussed by CN and CAW is treatment
of workers and the harsh disciplinary system. The union
says there will not be a settlement until these issues
are resolved.
