Court injunction eases problems at CP Rail Vaughan Terminal
(Vaughan, September 15, 2005) The situation at the CP Rail Vaughan Terminal has improved slightly following the issuing of an injunction that prevents protesting truck drivers from restricting inbound or outbound traffic. Other drivers can now use the facility, but operations are far from normal and CP has advised that it will not provide any relief on storage or driver wait times, which are inevitable as a result of the ongoing labour dispute.
