(Toronto, May 18, 2005)… CN and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), representing CN's locomotive engineers, have reached an agreement in principle on a new labour contract, thus averting a national railway strike.
Details of the proposed five year agreement, retroactive to January 1, 2004, are being withheld pending ratification by membership.
