| Steamship Lines announce congestion surcharge for Port of Vancouver |

(Vancouver, March 5, 2007)… Beginning March 13, 2007, Hapag Lloyd and OOCL will apply a Vancouver Congestion Surcharge, as follows. NYK Line plans to implement a similar surcharge on March 16, 2007. For LCL cargo, the charge will be pro-rated accordingly.

USD $338.00 per 40' Hi-Cube Container
USD $380.00 per 45' Container
LOCAL VANCOUVER CARGO
USD $80.00 per 20' Container
