| Port of Vancouver Congestion Surcharge Update |

(Vancouver, April 10, 2007)… Please be advised, as of April 4, 2007, OOCL, Hapag Lloyd and NYK Line will no longer be assessing the Vancouver Port Congestion Surcharge on Transpacific Eastbound cargo.
The surcharge was announced by the steamship lines in early March (for more information please refer to our Email Alert! of March 5, 2007 or the Trade Alert page of this website).
The improving conditions at the Port of Vancouver have prompted this reversal. All cargo received at origin terminal on or after April 4 will not have this charge applied.
