(Toronto, February 16, 2011)… Severe weather between Vancouver and Calgary has disrupted rail operations in Western Canada. Heavy snowfall, natural avalanches as well snow control activities in the area have resulted in significant rail delays, for both Eastbound & Westbound rail shipments. Both CN and CP rail have been affected by this situation.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will update on any shipments affected by these delays.
