Rail workers to vote on CP proposal

A work stoppage by CP rail workers could be averted if they approve the latest proposal from the company, which comes up for a vote on May 14. If the proposal is rejected, there will be no immediate disruption of operations as the unions involved must first issue a 72-hour strike notice.
