CN averts strike by conductors

CN and the union representing CN’s conductors in Canada have reached a tentative labour agreement, subject to ratification by the union’s membership. This will ensure continued service to all CN customers. CN also announced that the notice of Force Majeure, provided earlier this week, has been withdrawn.
