CARM: What all importers need to know about CARM

CN optimistic about labour negotiations

Negotiations are continuing between CN and its signal and communications employees, who have given notice that they will go on strike at 12:01 am, Tuesday, March 21, if a negotiated settlement is not reached by that time. CN expects to reach an agreement, but is nevertheless ready to maintain operations if the 700-member union, known formally as the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers System Council No. 11 (IBEW), goes on strike.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and advise accordingly.
