Canada puts 98.1% duty on certain steel plate from India and Russia

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has imposed a 98.1% Anti-Dumping Duty on certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength, low-alloy steel plate from Russia or India.  This decision comes after an investigation of potential dumping in Canada.
